We use UPS Next Day Air service to ensure that your fish spend shortest amount of time possible during their trip from us to your door steps.
We charge a flat rate of $59 shipping and Hawaii $89 ,free shipping for fishes on order $500 or more.
We offer shipping within the United States with alive on arrival guarantee.

All fish sold ensure complete health and complete inspection and quarantine.
If the fish die during transportation ,we will issue store credit towards a future purchase, SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of any replacement fish.
IN ORDER FOR US TO HONOR A DOA OR WRONG FISH CLAIM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED (WE WILL USE THE TIME PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER ON THE TRACKING).
Please take a video for us showing the loss in an UNOPENED BAG- it can just be a video taken with your smart phone. Email us at JYAQUARIUM@GMAIL.COM with a brief description of your problem with photographs of dead fish attached.

The length of each fish is measured from the beginning of the head to the end of the tail.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the original order to receive a full refund.
After the 24 hour period has passed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any refunds may be charged a 20% restocking fee to offset non-refundable service charges and holding a fish that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. Refunds may take up to one week to be issued.
Once fish is added to your aquarium, we are not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. We ship healthy fish, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility.
