J&Y Aquarium is committed to providing high-quality aquariums and cabinets. The following warranty terms apply to all glass aquariums and aluminum stands manufactured by J&Y Aquarium.

 

🛠 Warranty Coverage

 

We provide a 24-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal and reasonable use.

    •    If a valid defect is confirmed, we reserve the right to repair or replace the affected part at our discretion (using new or refurbished components).

    •    This warranty does not cover glass breakage or any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, transportation, installation, or maintenance.

 

⚠ This warranty does not cover:

    •    Misuse, mishandling, or negligence

    •    Unauthorized repairs, drilling, cutting, or modifications

    •    Improper installation, unlevel support, or use without a proper stand

    •    Customer transportation or relocation damage

    •    Commercial, rental, or resale use

    •    Normal wear and tear

 

Any drilling or modification to the product will immediately void the warranty.

🚚 Shipping Policy (IMPORTANT NOTICE)

 

Due to the nature of aquariums as oversized and fragile items, shipping costs are substantial. Once shipped, logistics arrangements cannot be canceled. If you request a return:

    •    You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs (including our original shipping fee + return shipping), which will be deducted from your refund.

    •    Shipping charges are based on actual costs. Even if your order was marked as “Free Shipping,” we will deduct the actual shipping expense incurred.

    •    Please carefully confirm all sizes, styles, and product details before placing your order. If you have questions, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

 

📦 Shipping Damage Handling

 

All our aquariums are shipped with insurance. To protect your rights, please carefully follow these steps upon delivery:

    1.    Inspect the packaging and aquarium carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

    2.    If any damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery slip and take clear photos and videos.

    3.    Report the issue to us within 24 hours at support@jyaquarium.com.

    4.    Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee compensation.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the size, fragility, and custom nature of aquariums, returns must strictly follow the conditions below:

 

📌 Return Eligibility:

    •    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.

    •    Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables.

    •    Returns must be pre-approved via email; unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund will be issued.

 

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

    •    Custom aquariums or system builds

    •    Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

    •    Used or installed items

 

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

    •    All return shipping and original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

📝 Return Process:

    1.    Contact us at support@jyaquarium.com, providing your order number, photos, dimensions, and weight of the package.

    2.    Upon approval, we will provide a return label or arrange freight pickup (if applicable).

    3.    Please take clear photos of the item prior to return shipping to verify its condition.

    4.    After we receive and inspect the item, a refund (minus all shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

    5.    Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

 

🚫 Rejected or Partial Refunds

    •    Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.

    •    Any returns received more than 30 days after the original ship date will be rejected.
