Aquarium Warranty Policy
We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and craftsmanship. This warranty covers all J&Y aquarium glass products and cabinetry, offering peace of mind to our valued customers.
Warranty Coverage
J&Y Aquarium guarantees your product against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the original purchase date. During this time, we will repair or replace the product free of charge using new or refurbished parts. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage to the aquarium itself.
Eligibility
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase for any warranty claims. It covers issues resulting from defects in materials or craftsmanship during normal use. The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse or neglect
• Alterations or unauthorized repairs
• Improper installation
• Modifications or adjustments
Shipping Damage
All of our aquarium shipments are insured. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, please carefully inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If you find any damage, please note it on the receipt and take clear photos. Then, submit a claim on our website or email us at support@jyaquarium.com with the details and attached photos. We will process your issue promptly.
Exclusions and Limitations
J&Y Aquarium is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or a breach of this warranty. Some states in the USA do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or restrictions on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Any modifications to the product, such as drilling or cutting, will immediately void the warranty.
Aquarium Return & refund
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging, along with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, cables, etc.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us at SUPPORT@JYAQUARIUM.COM. Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. If a return is received without contacting before, it will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
The expense for both outbound shipping (from our end to you) and return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.

Return Instructions & Procedure:
1. First send a email at SUPPORT @JYAQUARIUM.COM. Please ensure your weight and dimensions is mentioned in the email. We cannot approve your return and generate your return label without this information.
2). Once received, your email it will be reviewed by our Customer Success team. If accepted, a return shipping label will be provided to you. If your item requires a freight carrier, we will schedule a call tag and arrange for a freight pick-up. To verify the condition in which the items are leaving your possession, please take a photo prior to sending.
3). FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS returns can be dropped off at your local collection center or drop box. If your item requires a freight carrier, the carrier will schedule an appointment for pick-up at your home or business.
4). Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the package and contents. Upon acceptance, your applicable refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Kindly be aware that all refund will be issued minus the value of the return shipping label and the outbound shipping.
5). Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Rejected Returns:
Any return received that is not new, unused and in its original packaging and condition may be rejected or eligible for a partial refund only. This is at the discretion of J&Y Aquarium.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after it was originally shipped, will be rejected. This is at the discretion of J&Y Aquarium
