Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. If a holiday or special event affects our schedule, we will notify customers of updated shipping dates individually.

 

We use UPS Next Day Air service to ensure your fish spend the shortest time possible in transit, arriving safely and promptly at your doorstep.

 

Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate: $59

• Hawaii: $89

• Free Shipping: For orders of $500 or more

 

We ship exclusively within the United States and provide an Alive on Arrival Guarantee for all shipments.

                                             Fish Sales Policy

 

All fish are thoroughly inspected, quarantined, and sold in excellent health.

 

In the unfortunate event of a fish dying during transit, we will issue store credit toward a future purchase. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of replacement fish.

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Incorrect Fish Claims:

• Timeframe: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s provided delivery time).

• Required Evidence: Submit a video of the fish in an unopened bag, which can be recorded using your smartphone.

• Submission: Please file a claim, at the Claim page or Email at support@jyaquarium.com.

We will review your claim and issue store credit accordingly. Shipping fees remain non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for any replacement fish.

 

Additional Notes:

• The fish shown in pictures or videos are the exact fish you will receive.

• Fish lengths are measured from the tip of the head to the end of the tail.

 

                                                Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, all sales are final. Refunds after this period may incur a 20% restocking fee to cover non-refundable service charges and holding costs.

 

Refunds:

Refunds may take up to one week to process.

 

Health Responsibility:

We ship healthy, well-cared-for fish. Once they are introduced into your aquarium, their continued health is your responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for sudden deaths or illnesses after the fish are in your care.
