File A Claim

All should be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. JY Aquarium cannot accept claims for damages or defects if the product has been assembled or if the aquarium has been taken off its original shipping pallet. If you receive a damaged item and opt not to have it replaced, your order will be treated as a return and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
